Anti-Wrinkle Injections use Botulinum Toxin to smooth out ‘in motion’ wrinkles. The treatment temporarily relaxes the muscle, giving a smoother, fresher, brighter and more relaxed appearance This is a perfect treatment for frown lines or dynamic wrinkles which treats lines which appear when you frown, smile or laugh. Once the lines have set and show when your face is motionless, we would recommend a combination of both Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Dermal Fillers.

We will always get you back for a follow up and if a top up is required then we will administer that. Your results will be long lasting but we always advise you to come back for a top up after a few month.

As a medical practice, we do all we can to minimise any pain or discomfort for our patients. We use expert techniques, and, for anti-wrinkle injections, we use invisible needles to make sure the treatment is as comfortable as possible. Everyone experiences levels of pain differently, but most patients only feel small sensations when the injections are being carried out and, generally, describe the treatment discomfort level experienced as a ‘1’ on the ‘1-10’ pain scale.

The results of the anti-wrinkle injections can appear after a few days, with the full result seen after 2 weeks. Dermal fillers tend to give a much more instantaneous result, with noticeable improvements within a couple of days after treatment.

As it is a combination treatment, the different parts of the treatment will have different durations. Typically, to maintain results, we tend to repeat anti-wrinkle injections every 4 or 5 months and then start adding one or two syringes of dermal filler every 9-12 months.
