I have now been a part of the Iosis Dental team for 7 years and the job satisfaction I get when entering the practice each morning and being greeted by such a welcoming friendly team is something that keeps me loving my job more and more.

Having been at the practice for a long time I have not only gained a relationship with our dental team but also our lovely patients too.

Before becoming the practice support manager I worked on the reception desk for a number of years and by doing that I have got to know our patients personally and seeing them enter the practice with a smile on their face each visit makes my job so rewarding.

As part of my role i am extremely stringent on customer service, exceeding high standards at all times is extremely important to me.

I will go above and beyond to know that I have done all I can to make the experience at the dentist as enjoyable as possible for our patients, even if going to the dentist isn’t everyone’s favourite place to be.

I am an extremely organised person and this is certainly reflected in the job I do, diary management is a specific interest of mine as well as making sure all admin procedures are carried out as thorough as possible to make sure the practice is running smoothly and that patients are informed as best to our capability and happy.

I have a keen interest in welcoming new patients to the practice, providing them with information about us, talking through the options that are available, introducing them into the practice and then seeing the smiles on their faces when they have completed their appointments. Over the many years we have gained so many new patients and seeing them return year after year is so rewarding.

As well as new patients I have also welcomed a number of nervous patients into the practice and instantly seeing the change in their behaviour once they have made their first step in the door is so rewarding. Seeing nervous patients come back for future appointments makes me know that we have done our job to the best of our capability so is another interest of mine.
